Rostekhnadzor’s License to Perform Industrial Safety Expert Reviews No. дэ-00-015392 dated 20.05.2015 As part of Science & Technology Council (STC) of Rostekhnadzor. UHSEP’s experts (the Union of Health, Safety and Environment Professionals) are members of the Oil and Gas Facilities Safety Section of the Science & Technology Council of the RF Federal Agency for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor’s STC).
Types of work (services) performed (provided) as part of the Rostekhnadzor’s License to Perform Industrial Safety Expert Reviews:
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of documentation for mothballing, abandonment of a hazardous industrial facility;
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of documentation for technical upgrading of a hazardous industrial facility if this documentation is not included in the design documentation of this facility subject to expert review in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on urban planning activities;
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of hardware used at a hazardous industrial facility in the cases established by Article 7 of the Federal Law "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities”;
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of buildings and structures at a hazardous industrial facility designed for implementation of technological processes, storage of raw materials or products, movement of people and cargo, accident containment and response;
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of the industrial safety declaration developed as part of the documentation for technical upgrading (if the specified documentation is not included in the design documentation of a hazardous industrial facility subject to expert review in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on urban planning activities), mothballing, abandonment of a hazardous industrial facility, or a newly developed industrial safety declaration;
• Industrial Safety Expert Review of the hazardous industrial facility Safety Case as well as the changes made to the hazardous industrial facility Safety Case.
