UHSEP performs a full-range development of designing estimates, including for state expert review, for production and non-production capital construction facilities, in accordance with the Government of the Russian Federation Decree No. 87 dated 16.02.2008 "On Composition of Design Documentation Sections and Requirements to the Contents Thereof" to obtain a building permit.
